Reservation's Conditions

Our rates reward longer stays, with lower rates as the number of nights stay. Check how many nights you want to stop and you will find your rate .
The prices are per apartment per night

All prices include:

• VAT, electricity and water (including kitchen block)
• Beds made on arrival, changed every 7 nights,
• 1 set of towels per person upon arrival and changed every 3 days,
• Set courtesy bathroom on arrival,
• Final cleaning (excluding that of the kitchen unit that is provided by the customer or with a
  charge of € 30.00),
• Climate, guaranteed from 15/06 to 10/09, at variable times depending on weather conditions
  and adjustable – from inside the apartment only during the hours of the centralized power.
• Parking subject to availability

• entrance to wellness room with emotional shower
• only for weekly stay: 1 entrance to the jacuzzi

Tax not included: 1.80 euros per person over 14 per day for the first 14 nights of accommodation in the municipal area during the calendar year.
Extra bed and second extra bed on request Children

• Children up to 1 year free in all types of apartments and in all periods in bed with their parents or with their own cot
• Children over 1 year of age pay the fee for additional person

* Baby kit standard – always available on request for a fee (free for children over 1 year who pay the fee for additional person): bed complete with linens, high chair or booster chair, baby bath, bath towels

Additional Options free – on reservation until exhaustion: potty or toilet reducer, bath platform, lip for single bed, cot with wooden bars..

OPTIONAL EXTRAS – ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Intermediate cleaning apartment:

• Studio: EUR 15.00 – Two rooms: € 20.00
• Two-room penthouse: € 25.00 – Three rooms: € 30.00
• Laundry max 6 kg wash up to 30 °: € 5.50 – washing 30 to 60 °: € 6.50 – drying: EUR 3.00

Cancellation policy:

• For stay with arrival day from the 15th of june to the 15th of september, if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival, it is free of charge.
• For stay with arrival day until the 15th of june and after the 15th of september a reservation can be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival without any charges.
• If a cancellation occurs out of the established dates, there will be a charge of 30% of the cost of the entire stay.
• In case the reservation is cancelled the day before arrival, or in case of a “no show”the amount that will be charged is of 70 % of the entire stay.
