On the ground floor of the residence you will find all the spaces to spend time with friends: the reception and the bar open from breakfast until evening, the living room overlooking the garden, with TV and well-stocked library, comics corner and board games.

The veranda in the garden where you can enjoy a good breakfast before starting the day on the beach or spending the evening.

In our BLU café - Bio Local Unconventional you will find artisanal, organic and local products carefully selected to let you savor the Tuscan Maremma of small producers.
