Residence Mareblù is for everyone!
We have done our best to make the residence suitable and usable by every person.Every room of the residence is accessible and free of architectural barriers, some apartments have a fully compliant bathroom.
Two of these offer a large private terrace, overlooking the pine forest, furnished with sun loungers.
The affiliated establishment has accessible beach umbrellas and a bathing chair.
In addition, every year the Municipality of Grosseto organizes the "Sea for all" initiative where many bathing establishments offer a free week. (Info at toll-free number 800019431)
From this year we started a collaboration with Village4all, which examined the structure with a careful inspection and suggested a series of improvements to make each environment even more accessible. We will do our best to make as many as possible.
Of course, every suggestion from our guests has always been welcome!

Apartment with 38-40 square meters, it consists in a spacious living room with kitchen/dining room angle, double room, panoramic terrace furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds.
Bathroom with a shower (some of them are accessible for disabled guests therefore these are not provided with a cabin).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, mocha, microwave, dishwasher.
The stove, with silex glass, has 4 cooking piastres.Table for 4 persons.

Apartment with 50 square meters that consists in a living room with kitchen-dining area and access to a furnished terrace, double room, single room, bathroom with shower.
Some apartments are accessible for disabled guests, therefore their showers are not provided with a cabin.
The kitchen is completely equipped with kitchenware, mocha, microwave, dishwasher.
The stove, with silex glass, has 4 cooking piastres. Table for 4 persons.
