Extra occupancy 10,00 Euro per person and night (maximum 2 children included).
Special offer long weekend: discount of 10% for longer stays than 3 nights (not valid in July and August).
Subscription weekends May - every stay of 2 nights gives you the right to a discount of 10% on another stay of 2 nights in the same month (valid from 30.04. to 30.05.)

• Buffet breakfast (Italian style) 7,00 Euro (not available in July and August).
• Half or full board in restaurant - pizzeria under agreement with the residence at about 350 meters far away (16,00 Euro)
• Daily cleaning on request.
