ALBERESE NATURAL PARK OF MAREMMA LE GIUNCHIGLIE FARMHOUSE: Residence Mareblù

In side the Natural Park of the Maremma, only 4 km from the sea, "Agriturismo Le Giunchiglie" is an oasis of peace and tranquillity, a real paradise corner for all those trying to find the contact with the most unpolluted nature again.

In the silence that surrounds it, only disturbed by the song of the birds, it is easy to encounter foxes, fallow deer, wild boars, hares, pheasants, you can have a walk, enjoy the countryside perfume, pick up some wild fruit and herbs such as asparagus, chard, mint, blackberries and admire a gorgeous sunset.

All this, not far from the important things: the sea can either be reached by car or by a comfortable bicycle track, the village Alberese is less far than 4 km, and there you can find all services and the visit centre of the Natural Park.
The are also equestrian centres, bicycle rental, canoe centre by the river Ombrone.

Agriturismo Le Giunchiglie is composed of two independent apartments, each one of about 50 square metres.
Each apartment, for 2 persons + 1, has an open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double room, large bathroom with shower, large furnished veranda, private fenced garden ( 1000 square metres) with car parking. All kitchens are fully equipped with kitchenware, satellite TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and iron table.

The furnishing is neat and matches to the environment, with rustically Tuscan furniture and some antiques, some handmade needlework was made by the owners.

The farm, that extends for 16 hectare has been owned by family Passalacqua for 40 years, when the proprietor moved from the hills of the Amiata to Grosseto, fell in love with it and bought it. Once it was cultivated with sunflowers, barley, wheat, partly used as a family vegetable garden, then, about 10 years ago, most of the land has been put to rest and now presents itself as green tract of land.
